HALIBA - הליבה
HALIBA was founded by a broad spectrum representative of the Israeli Jewish population, unified to end the unconscionable discrimination against Jews on the Temple Mount, Judaism’s most holy site.
The HALIBA Vision is to re-claim for Jews the basic civil rights of free access, free worship, and free congregation on the Temple Mount.
HALIBA seeks nothing less than clear, unambiguous Israeli sovereignty on the Temple Mount. This sovereignty must be evidenced and expressed in both word and deed, facilitating Jewish prayer while actively maintaining, protecting, preserving and developing the greatest site of our national and religious heritage: the site to which we lifted our eyes and yearned with our hearts throughout the long exile and rebirth of Zion.
In order to achieve these goals HALIBA needs to urgently affect public opinion primarily in Israel, and secondarily in the world .We will accomplish this only with the help of strategic critical partners in Israel and throughout the Jewish world
- bringing Jews/Israelis to the Temple Mount by subsidizing buses, making halachic advice readily available, and guiding groups daily
- bringing the Temple Mount to the people: media, website, parlor meetings, community meetings, workshops, conferences
HALIBA has already in the course of a few months, accomplished so much: we now need funding for 2 areas over what we must make a game changing year:
1. Expanding infrastructure to outreach the Temple Mount: personnel for speaking and admin, publishing (brochures), website, social media, lobbying, subsidizing buses from all over Israel, workshops and conferences. $500,000
2. Massive media campaign of the highest caliber: priority in Israel (because that is where the vote is) but also international. $100,000 (consultant and paid advertising)
